We have identified an error in the software releases 4.1.0.100 and 4.1.0.101 which, under certain circumstances, may put the device in 
an undefined state. This can occur during the update process but also under normal operation.

Meanwhile, the bugfix has been created and will be published in software release 4.1.0.102 after extensive testing at the end of April.

Not every router model is affected by the mentioned error:
The router models NB800, NB2800, NB3701, NB3711 and NB3800 don’t include the bug.

The following routers are affected:
NB1600, NB2700, NB2710, NB3700, NB3710 and NB3720

We therefore ask you not to install the software releases 4.1.0.100 und 4.1.0.101 on the last-mentioned routers and to wait for 
the bugfix release 4.1.0.102.
